It becomes extremely difficult to let go of a toxic situation/person if you don't fully accept all parts of that scenario. This acceptance usually comes after we embrace our true emotions.

It has no specific religious affiliation. This ancient prayer has been passed down by oral tradition and is used to alleviate karma, by focusing on forgiveness, reconciliation, and acceptance. The word ho'oponopono translates into "to make things right".
